Per employee, all products placed in unit 3.75 hours prior. All moved to walk in freezer to quickly chill and approximately 20 minutes later all products between 28F-43F. Also, hot dogs at 49F/46F and macaroni and cheese at 52F in bottom of left flip top reach in cooler. Per employee, both products in same unit overnight.
