Top layer drop in cooler cook line, in portion cups, housemade ranch with milk (51F – Cold Holding) for two hours per operator. Dressing was stocked far above fill line. Operator moved to walk-in cooler for quick cooling and replaced with underfilled container. **Corrective Action Taken**
