03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on JAM bar Half and Half (47F-56F – Cold Holding). Container was filled to the top. Manager placed in at 7am. Manager removed and placed in walk in cooler and replaced with smaller amount. **Corrected On-Site**
