Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 10 ppm- 0ppm discussed with management to use the three compartment sink to sanitize dishes until fixed establishment is getting a new dishwasher machine next week. **Repeat Violation**
