Observed in the front bar cooler and the back central cooler respectively: Milk (48F – Cold Holding); Cut fruit (52F – Cold Holding). Operator stated the milk had been there for more than a day while the fruit had been there approximately 2hrs. Operator willingly disposed of the milk and moved the fruit to a working fridge.
