Also, observed torn gaskets on bottom door of dessert reach-in cooler outside of cook line. Also, large ice bin top in disrepair. Ice maker removed from top causing hole that was taped up. Tape partially off exposing bin.
36-73-4Basic – Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floor in walk in freezer soiled with accumulation of food debris. **Repeat Violation**
14-69-4Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on pipes and on a couple of boxes of food in walk in freezer
