03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside reach-in cooler at cookline: yogurt (54F – Cold Holding). Manager stated the cooler was broken and being replaced soon. Manager stated the yogurt has been stored inside this cooler for approximately three hours and moved it to a freezer to rapidly cool to 41F. **Corrective Action Taken**
