01B-13-4High Priority – Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 9 pieces of raw tune still in its reduced oxygen package while being thawed. Directions on the package states to remove from packaging before thawing. The package also says to use the same day thawed and the date in the storage container states 07/11 inspection date is 07/17( 6 days after thawing) Stop sale issue.
