Observed 2 live roaches in kitchen near back room and storage shelf to the right of the handwash sink next to the three compartment sink. Employee eliminated, cleaned, and sanitized area. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-07-14: Observed 12 live roaches throughout establishment behind pizza make line cooler and near single storage area in box of single service cups wrapped in a plastic sleeve. 13 dead roaches along cove molding on floor throughout establishment.
