In walk in cooler observed cut lettuce, chicken, cheese, cheese at 46-49F. Ambient temperature of unit 41F during inspection. Person in charge states had door open for extended period. Other items in unit 43F or below. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-07-15: In walk in cooler cheese, cheese, chicken, chicken 45-46F. Ambient temperature of unit is 47F during inspection. Person in charge provided temperature log showing temperatures in at 9:38am. Person in charge called supervisor to have unit serviced.
