Tomatoes, hummus 69F, feta 51F, Taziki sauce 68F; ( – Cold Holding). Person in charge person in charge been in reach in cooler since 11:15am. Establishment is going to toss everything out at 3:15. Placed on time control and printed paperwork. – From follow-up inspection 2025-07-16: Chicken, beef 62F, tomatoes 57F. Per person in charge they paid a cooler company to repair cooler. Everything else is on time control a documented. **Admin Complaint**
