Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection, dish machine tested and observed 10ppm on test strip. Manager setup triple sink for dish washing. Triple sink was tested and 100ppm observed on test strip. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-07-17: Dish machine still not sanitizing. three compartment sink has been set up. **Time Extended**
