Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish washer machine in kitchen not properly sanitized test it 0ppm retested and prime it multiple times with cooked still reading 0ppm. Establishment has to take all dirty dishes to main kitchen to wash rinse and sanitize because snack bar doesn't have a 3 compartment sink. **Warning**
