In bottom section of reach-in cooler at cook line, container of raw chicken stored over container of raw shrimp. 14-69-4Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. At cook line, I've build up in stand up reach-in freezer. In kitchen area, ice build up in double door reach-in freezer near cooling unit.
22-16-4Basic – Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. At cook line, drawers under flat top have build up of food residue. Reach-in cooler not currently being used.
36-02-5Basic – Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. In kitchen area, finish worn off in multiple areas.
