Observed the following food temperatures greater than 41F; rice and vegetables (67F – Cold Holding); cooked chicken wings (71F – Cold Holding); cooked salmon (65F – Cold Holding); cooked potatoes (89F – Cold Holding); cooked egg plants (73F – Cold Holding) All foods were stored on front counter at ambient temperature. Foods were stored behind a glass and labeled with common name. According to employee food remains in location during hours of operation. Manager removed all foods and placed them in a cooler. Advised that all foods are to be maintained at proper temperature. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-07-28: High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Foods were stored behind a glass and labeled with common name. According to employee food remains in location during hours of operation. Advised that all foods are to be maintained at proper temperature. Observed employee serving customer food stored on counter.
