12A-07-5High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee touched face and proceeded to put on gloves to handle clean pans without washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands and change gloves. **Corrective Action Taken**

Corned beef,ham, pulled pork, ribs and ranch dressing stored in walk-in cooler. All items prepared between 7/16 and 7/25. Manager stated establishment was closed for remodeling from 7/28-7/31.
