These were moved to the walk-in cooler and achieved 43° in 9 minutes. These were cut around 11 am today, and came from the walk-in cooler for stocking after lunch. **Corrected On-Site**
03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : cheese on the cook line at 118°. The warmer was adjusted, cheese hot 165°. **Corrected On-Site**

22-02-4Intermediate – Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the tomato slicer has tomato residue on the pusher head and on the blades. This was sent back to dish. **Corrective Action Taken**
