Grill area upright reach in: liquid egg 46F, shredded lettuce 54F, sliced tomatoes 51F, burger patties 50F, at approximately 9:35, per manager items placed in cooler at 5:00am. See stop sale. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-08-05: New cooler installed by grill. Liquid egg 46F, raw burger patty 44F, per manager cooler was just turned on and products in cooler less than 10 minutes. Products moved back to walk-in until reach in is down to temp. **Time Extended**
