Mop sink has standing waste water inside and signs indicating employees to not dump water into mop sink. Observed waste water dumped in floor drain under dish machine. Some waster water spills onto floor in process. Person in charge had employee squeegee water into floor drain. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-08-08: Person in charge awaiting quote for plumbing fix. Observed hand washing station near pie station blocked by tray because of plumbing in disrepair per person in charge. – From follow-up inspection 2025-04-24: Observed Hand washing station leaking on too floor. Person in charge stated they attempted to fix. Hand washing station marked out of order.
