Employee at front counter touched glasses with gloved hands then proceeded to make sandwich for customer. Manager coached employee on proper handwashing procedures. **Corrective Action Taken**

At front counter make line, sliced turkey (50F – Cold Holding); roast beef (47F – Cold Holding); chicken (48F – Cold Holding); tuna salad (46F – Cold Holding); sliced provolone (48F – Cold Holding). Manager stated all items were placed in cooler at approximately 12 pm. Manager stated he is going to put ice in reach in cooler to bring temperature down. **Warning**
