High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed multiple food items at temperatures of 45-47F in flip top cooler on cook line and reach in cooler at end of cook line. Employee stated an electrical issue caused sparks from plug and unplugged unit 45 minutes prior. Standing reach in cooler door was left open 30 minutes prior per employee. Work order was placed for flip top cooler per person in charge and technician arrived by end of inspection. All food items were moved to walk-in cooler for cooling.
