Employee at cookline cracked a raw shell egg, did not wash hands, then proceeded to handle a single-use foam container and scooped rice with the same hand. Inspector had employee wash hands during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**

High Priority – Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing glass cleaner and aerosol can containing air freshener stored on shelf directly above several boxes containing fortune cookies. Manager moved the chemicals to another shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
