A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Kyle Li is the only Certified Food Manger and was not present at beginning of inspection with 3 employee prepping raw meat, 1 employee preparing sushi orders, and two employee preparing hibachi orders, and 2 servers. Kyle arrived later into the inspection and we discussed getting another employee certified as a manger for when he is absent.
