Observed black wastewater overflowing from floor drains in front of standing reach in freezer near rear exit. When hand wash sink near kitchen entrance turns on wastewater backs up from drain. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-05: At callback observed no change. Work order has been submitted for fix to plumbing in 2 weeks. **Time Extended**
