Observed approximately 30 small live flying insects flying around and lading on the clean glass cups at the dishwasher area. Observed approximately 20 small live flying insects around the mop sink located at the back of the kitchen. Observed approximately 4 small live flying insects landed on the ice buckets located on top of the ice machine, also observed approximately 10 small live flying insects landing on office glass window located near the warewashing area. Observed approximately 10 small live flying insects flying under the preparation table by the handwashing sink located in the kitchen area next to reach in cooler. Observed approximately 6 small live flying insects flying around soda machine at front counter. – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-09: During callback inspection observed 5 fruit flies flying and landing on the soda machine and soda nozzles. Operator sprayed soda machine removed the fruit flies, Operator removed the nozzles to be clean.. Also observed 1 fruit fly landed on the office window.
