Observed cut tomato (57F – Cold Holding); hash brown (50F – Cold Holding); ham (53F/51F – Cold Holding); cut lettuce (52F – Cold Holding)in flip top reach in cooler to left of the grill. Per manager, unit was turned off to defrost and turned back on approximately 30 minutes prior to temperatures being taken. **Warning**
