During inspection, observed cook on cook line handle raw bacon then grab a clean plate for service to customer with soiled gloved hand. Manager was advised plate could not be served to customer and manager discarded bacon. **Corrective Action Taken**
03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed sliced ham in cook line upper make bar at 48f. Manager stated less than 4 hours. Operator decided to discard during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
