08A-05-6High Priority – Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food: four door reach-in cooler on cook line had a pan of raw shrimp over a pan of cooked shrimp. Cook moved the cooked shrimp to another shelf. Additionally, three flats of raw shelled eggs were in the same reach-in cooler over coleslaw and shredded lettuce.
