Observed hot dog (106F – Hot Holding) in the hot dog hot holding unit at the front counter. The operator stated the hot dogs were placed in the holding unit approximately 1 hour. The operator stated the hot dogs are brought to an internal temperature of 165F prior to placing in the hot holding unit. **Corrective Action Taken**
