Employee handled top edge of trash can with gloved hands then handled pan full of chicken and was about to started shredded chicken. Inspector coached employee on proper handwashing procedures. Employee removed gloves and washed hands correctly. Also, employee at front counter picked up used glove off floor with bare hand and threw in trash then handled utensils to make customer coffee. **Corrective Action Taken**
