Observed more than 25 live roaches crawling inside the oven of a stove located at the front cook line area of the kitchen. When oven door was opened roaches fell to the floor and started crawling all over the kitchen floor. Observed a live roach crawling inside the drawer of the reach in cooler where food is stored. Reach in cooler is under the grill in the cook line area. Also observed a live roach crawling inside clean utensils under preparation table in the kitchen area and another live roach in the dry storage under the sugar container. – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-26: Observed 3 live roaches in the establishment.
