35A-05-4High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed more than 25 live roaches crawling inside the oven of a stove located at the front cook line area of the kitchen. When oven door was opened roaches fell to the floor and started crawling all over the kitchen floor. Observed a live roach crawling inside the drawer of the reach in cooler where food is stored. Reach in cooler is under the grill in the cook line area. Also observed a live roach crawling inside clean utensils under preparation table in the kitchen area and another live roach in the dry storage under the sugar container. – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-26: Observed 3 live roaches in the establishment. One crawling inside an oven and two crawling next to the prep table in kitchen area. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-27: Observed one live roach crawling inside the oven of a stove located at the front cook line area of the kitchen. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-29: Observed three live roaches, one live roach behind coffee makers in the front area, two live roaches at the floor of the cook line in kitchen area.
