Also, observed 4 dead roaches on floor under soda machine at front counter. Also, observed 2 dead roaches under/behind fryers in kitchen. Also, observed 2 dead roaches on floor under handwash sink in kitchen next to fryers. Also, observed 5 dead roaches on edge around handwash sink next to fryers. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-09-30: At callback, observed 1 dead in plastic wrap cover ketchup bottles on front counter. Also, observed 1 dead under flat top grill. Also, observed 1 dead on wall right of flat top grill. Also, observed 2 dead roaches on floor in kitchen under pass through window. Also, observed 1 dead roach on outlet under pass through window in kitchen. Also, observed 6 dead roaches behind metal cover on back of reach in cooler next to fryers. Also, observed 2 dead roaches under storage racks in back dry storage room. Also, observed approximately 30 dead roaches on floor under front counter. Also, observed approximately 10 egg casings in back right corner of dry storage room. Also, observed 5 egg casings in motor area of flip top reach in cooler in kitchen.
