Also, observed approximately 10 flying insects near mop sink. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-10-16: At callback observed approximately five flying insects at mop sink area. Person in charge killed three flying insects and was trying to get the other two. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken**
