Observed employee picked up seasoning bottle off ground and didn't wash hands while placing food item in cooler.

01B-13-4High Priority – Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed a fly land in 5oz. of curry ketchup. Stop sale issued. Observed about 5lbs. raw salmon being vacuum sealed still in its packaging.
