Observed body of water outside by the back door from employee spraying down the three compartment sink area floors down, running underneath the back door onto the ground area. It was stated that this been going on for a week. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-10-20: Observed straw placed on top of the wet area no lime wasn't placed in the area. **Admin Complaint**
