Observed employee crack raw shell eggs into a bowl, place in pan on the stove, touched handle on flip top reach in cooler and sides of container and placed corned beef hash on the grill without washing hands first. Employee was coached on proper procedures and employee washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Waffle batter on kitchen counter at 46F. Per employee, batter left out of refrigeration for approximately 20 minutes. Batter placed in walk-in freezer to quickly chill. **Corrective Action Taken**
