Observed employee bread raw chicken with bare hands, place chicken in the fryer, wipe hands on wiping cloth at cutting board then handle bread and a clean insert pan without washing hands after handling raw chicken. Inspector coached employee and employee washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing on non-chemical side of added splitter to mop sink.
