Acoustic ceiling tiles in changed prep area and are not smooth and easily cleanable Total of 32 seats present in dining area. From licensed 24. Hot buffet line added to left side of front door. Reach in freezer and reach in cooler added in back room by exit door across from restrooms. Additional prep room added with half wall with dry storage racks and reach in cooler units. In prep area area in front of kitchen there is added ice machine, baking prep table, right coffee station, juice dispensers, 2 reach in coolers, 2 prep tables, microwave, reach in freezer, and to hot serving buffet units with sneeze guards and 1 pastry display case. Additional food storage area added by back door. No plan review submitted and approved – renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
