Observed employee using a poled faucet in fish room to fill a bucket with a strainer of raw shrimp to strain. Water is draining from bottom of bucket onto floor.Water draining onto unsealed concrete floors and pouring out of the wall on the exterior into a concrete slab overflowing onto the grass. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-11-12: Observed no waste water on ground or draining the wall from fish room. Holes were sealed. Operator still working on capping off faucet in fish room. Operator plans to slope floor toward drain. **Admin Complaint**
