In the reach in cooler located next to the entrance to the kitchen, sour cream (52F – Cold Holding); shredded cheese (52F – Cold Holding); cut cabbage (51F – Cold Holding); cooked pork (52F – Cold Holding); corn/beans (52F – Cold Holding). Operator stated foods were placed from the walk in cooler to the reach in around 1:30pm.
