Observed at pizza station sausage crumbles (53F – Cold Holding); mozzarella cheese (47F – Cold Holding) per operator sausage was placed in unit at 10:30 am see stop sale. Mozzarella cheese held in cooler less than two hours. Operator placed ice in unit. Ambient temperature of unit was 55F. Advise operator to keep items on ice or not to store any TCS products until unit is fixed. **Corrective Action Taken**
