Per manager the had to speak with an employee about keeping the cooler closed all the way. Manager confirmed cooler was working properly this morning. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-11-14: Per manager all items in cooler are cooling just prepped and prepared today. **Time Extended**

Storage area in back hallway used to store a bowl of uncovered Prepped pickled in house onions and bread, storage area is located directly outside of kitchen. A shared hallway with other establishments is used to store single service and dry storage food items. Coffee filters were observed out of the plastic wrap and could be exposed to contamination.
