Also, observed 19 live flying insects at front cook line around expo window, under counter, under single burners, near clean plate storage across from fryers, near handwash sink next to fryers, above salad reach in cooler and near reach in coolers. Also, observed 7 live flying insects in dry storage room across from office. Also, observed 5 live frying insects near bag- in- box soda rack. Also, 3 live flying insects in linen/paper room. 03B-01-6High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In warmer on front cook line across from wood grill, grilled chicken (125F – Hot Holding). Employee cooked chicken 20 minutes earlier but did not turn on warmer. Employee put chicken back on grill and brought temperature to 170F before putting back into warmer. **Corrected On-Site**
29-34-4High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breaker missing at the end of the splitter for mop sink faucet where black hose is attached.
