High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizing dishmachine at 0 ppm. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-12-02: Dishmachine with chlorine sanitizer at 0 ppm at time of callback inspection. Employee stated a technician is scheduled to come out. Employee started to set up three compartment sink with chlorine sanitizer. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** – From follow-up inspection 2025-12-10: Observed chlorine sanitizing dishmachine at 0 ppm. Pipe at bottom of dishmachine is broken and disconnected and is emptying greywater directly on to the ground surrounding the dishpit area where dishmachine and three compartment sink are located. A sign was placed on machine to immediately discontinue use, employee started to mop and sanitize dishpit area, operator contacted company for service to repair machine.
