03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed a container of buratta cheese temping at 58F at around 1:11pm. Employee stated it was placed in the container at around 12:11pm. Employee placed more ice into the holding container. **Corrective Action Taken**
