Observed two dead roaches in the grate with plug in back of small reach in freezer in kitchen. Observed one dead roach on the framing of walk in freezer door. Observed three dead roaches on the floor in front of walk in freezer. Observed approximately 5 dead roaches on the floor in liquid debris by kitchen door leading to front counter. Observed approximately 5 dead roaches in a glue trap under front counter hand wash sink. Observed approximately 5 dead roaches in brown liquid debris on floor at front counter area. Observed one dead roach under small make line reach in cooler in back kitchen. Observed one dead roach on the wheel of reach in cooler in back kitchen.
