Cooler has an ambient temperature of 57. Manager stated product was placed on line between 10:30 and 11am. Manager had employee remove items and place in walk in cooler. Observed in reach in cooler at the end of cook line Macaroni and cheese (52F – Cold Holding). Macaroni packets were over filled in pan .
