She put them in freezer to rapid cool. Raw beef (54F – Cold Holding) sitting out on prep table, but was not in the process of being prepared. Operator put in freezer to rapid cool. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2026-01-07: Fried chicken 43F. Cooked chicken 39F. Cooked broccoli 50F. Fried rice 66F. Operator voluntarily discarded broccoli. It had been stored above fill line in deli cooler. Operator says she cooked fried rice last night around midnight, says she began cooling process "early this morning," but is unsure of the exact time. Stop Sale issued. **Admin Complaint**
