Dish machine does not test for chlorine, operator washing plastic containers, operator will use 3 compartment sink to sanitize.

Observed prepared foods in walk in cooler, roast with seasoning on top, open whipping cream, prepped green beans, shrimp. Has freezer with lots of food in it.
